California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Apex Auto Studios does not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics technologies — including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics — may constitute “sharing” of personal information under California law for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Opt-Out Methods
Method 1 — Browser-Level Opt-Out (Recommended)
Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We automatically honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request. Browsers and extensions that support GPC include:
- Brave Browser (built-in)
- DuckDuckGo Browser (built-in)
- Firefox (via extensions such as Privacy Badger)
Method 2 — Submit a Request
Email us at vj12111@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” Include the email address and any device or browser information you’d like us to apply the opt-out to.
Method 3 — Disable Cookies
Adjust your browser settings to block third-party cookies, or use our cookie consent banner to decline analytics and marketing cookies.
What Happens After You Opt Out
After we process your request:
- We will stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- You will still see ads on other sites, but they will not be based on your interactions with Apex Auto Studios
- Your opt-out applies to the browser, device, or account you submit it from — submit separately for each device
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We will require written authorization from you and may verify your identity directly.
